Discipline

Discipline is a key habit needed to go from average to Rock Star status. However, living disciplined is hard. Here are three things I want you to try for the next 30 days to help you improve your discipline and begin to elevate yourself to new levels.

NO LOVE, Don’t Commit

1) Don’t commit to things you really don’t want to do. Committing to something you don’t want to do makes you mentally checkout. This overlaps into the time you want to spend on things you love. Focus on things you love doing and don’t commit to things you don’t want to do for the next 30 days

TWO “MUST DO” things a week

2) Pick two things a week that you will DO no matter what. In other words, don’t let anything interfere with you. Commit to these two things and do them on schedule.

PLAN BETTER

3) Plan your week on Sunday. Select three things you MUST accomplish and decide exactly when you will work on those things.

On Saturdays celebrate your accomplishments.
