Writing this book was just a dream, now it is a reality!

Day 3 Exercise: Write down 200 things you really want to do.

YES, 200! Why? I want you to define your freedom!  Freedom is the ability to wake up and do what you  “want to” or “feel like” doing everyday.  You see two years ago I got sick and tired of being sick and tired. I realized I had spent my life preparing for something BIG, but I couldn’t figure out what it was. My coach (yes, even the coach has a coach) said, “you will never start working on your dream if you’re afraid to dream”. So she gave me the assignment I’m giving you. If you’re married, challenge your spouse to write down 200 things. Don’t share your list until you’re done. Set a date and on that day share your information over lunch, dinner or coffee. We will use this list on day 6, so don’t procrastinate (procrasti-nation, it’s the largest nation of under achievers, I got that from my mentor Dr. Breakthrough)

200 may sound like a large number, but I want you to be really detailed.  Here are a few of my 200 things:  exercise everyday, walk my dogs, writing a book, and start a family.  “IT WAS ALL A DREAM”,  but I have accomplished all of these goals and many more.  Remember, the goal is to change your life.  To change your life you have to do some things that are uncomfortable, but the end result will make you better.  Start your list right away.

Scripture for today: Mark 11:24

Mark 11:24 (King James Version)

24Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
